They're true professionals when it comes to their work - always making sure you're comfortable, triple checking your needs, and truly making your experience a self-care treat. Love Elan Nails Salon! It is so clean and such a calming atmosphere! The entire staff is so friendly and welcoming, not to mention they do a fantastic job! Super grateful for these ladies and their hard work! Highly recommend!
I made an appointment today for a manicure. The receptionist stated she called me and texted me to confirm which she didn’t. I then Called because I had difficulty finding there building. She then told me she could not take me for another hour and a half and did not have the time to do a gel Manicure with an accent nail. I was going to be a new customer but after how horribly I was treated I will never go back . Oh as a FYI I was checking Facebook a few minutes ago and received a message from them to ask what I was looking for. Two things. Why have open appointments for customer to schedule an appointment if you are not willing or able to provide them services and two you have phone numbers from the reservations why not call on the phone to confirm. I will most certainly be telling
Angela is super talented and really knows how to take her time and be exquisite in her work🩵 the ladies at ELAN nails are so kind welcoming and funny! They are always up to date with new trends and I absolutely love their new place!!! HIGHLY recommend coming here for a relaxing yet refreshing time 😃
I am new to the area and it was my first time at Elan nail salon. The ladies were so kind and professional, and my nails came out beautiful! We had a fun and relaxing conversation! Looking forward to seeing you ladies in three weeks!!
