I love elan! I won’t go anywhere else! It’s very clean and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. Kensey cuts and colors my hair, as well as shapes my eyebrows. It always looks amazing afterwards. I am always 100% satisfied with my service and highly recommend it to anyone in search of a good salon.

I went here two weeks ago because I missed my other lash appointment and the lady decided to do my lashes , but she should’ve taken her time because when she was done they were clumpy, but it was my first time getting a volume fill so I thought that was normal well I missed my appointment today and she wasn’t able to get me in till a week from now so I went to Noors’s studio and thank god I did. She had to take off all my lash extensions and put on a whole new set because the lady at this salon didn’t properly put on my lashes they were clumped together and it was so painful getting them off since she over did it on the lash glue and some weren’t even coming off no matter how much serum we put on there and eventually had to just pull them off. after they were taken off i could see how many

GREAT PLACE. I'm a regular client at Elan. The hair stylists are friendly and experienced. I've never had a bad cut there and I know that the other clients I see in the salon leave satisfied. The staff is normally pretty booked, but I've been able to walk in most of the time.

The last couple times when I go to get my hair done they have done a good job. Getting it cut is no problem but this time I asked for an ombre... It absolutely destroyed my hair. Not only that but there was no blend what so ever and its like they don't even know how to do hair. I've been trying to fix it myself for the past 3 hours and no luck. I'll most likely end up chopping all my hair off to make it look decent. I wouldn't recommend this salon.

Everyone there is very kind and friendly. The services are very good. I first came in as a walk in in desperate need of a haircut. My husband had oassed away 2 weeks vefore and the funeral was three days away. Even though they were very busy they made riom fir me in their schedule and made me feel lighter. Kara treated me like a queen. I sent two others to her in the next week. They both loved their experience at E'lan too.
