Elaine's Spa and Nails

This picture doesn't do justice to the beautiful job done by Lisa. My nails have never looked better. They are smooth, natural looking, and exactly what I asked for. I'm so glad I found this shop when I finally decided to splurge on myself.

First and last time coming here, Elaine did my nails and I don’t know what happened but the dip powder cracked in less than a week and I lost both my thumbs. Now I have to cut them down and start all over, I’m very frustrated and unhappy.

Annie did a wonderful job on my fill in this morning. Elaine’s never disappoints. Today, I was singing along to tr Christmas music.

got my first set of acrylic nails here, loved it!! just be aware you have to make an appointment, but its as simple as calling and asking for available times! staff are incredibly kind and well mannered, the place is neat and tidy and the decorations are beautiful!

A very poor experience today at Elaines. My family has been going there as had my Mother and daughters. The customer service has been declining as the young man is curt. I had chosen to overlook it in the past. No longer will I allow that to happen. I made an appointment for a powder manicure and pedicure. They asked me to come in at 9:45 because they were busy today. When I got there - the same young man at the front desk whom I made the appointment with said I made an appointment for a gel manicure. I said, oh no it is for a powder manicure. I can't do gel. They said okay powder takes longer but okay they will do it. They will "fit me in" I thought that is odd as I made an appointment. Then he says you didn’t say pedicure we will fit you in. I said okay - I did say pedicure but if y
