Very bad experience advertising in paper for 13 weeks. The account rep arrived 2 hours late for appointment and proceeded to make promises that were not kept during the promotion. Never received any leads from ad and was promised that we could change it but rep stood me up on several appointments. I was promised 3 social media post per week but only got one for entire duration. Lastly I was charged $400 extra for a full page ad and promotion about my business and myself that never happen. Filing dispute with my credit card company for fraud. Buyer beware!!!
