El Pastor Barbershop & Beauty Salon

The woman who does hair at the salon is rude. she never greets me when i walk in, she has turned me away more than once at 6:15 even though her last appointment is taken at 6:30. Every time I go in for a wash and set she increases the price. When i first started going there it was $40, then $45, then the last time i went it was $50. Even if i come in with my hair washed she still charges for a WASH and set. Not a welcoming environment at all and she has no customer service skills, A simple "Hello, welcome!" would go a long way for her. HOWEVER, she does do my hair very well, I always love how my hair turns out, but the overall experience is not great.

They are the best they are very friendly and welcoming and she did and awesome job with my hair they also have nails,makeup,lashes,eyebrow tint and also barbers for the guys best of both worlds can’t get better then that and is a very clean and sanitized salon ❤️

Horrible customer service at the Beauty Salon área. Disrespectfull, unprofessional, I will never go back.
