I came in for a silk press and I left with my hair smelling like burnt fried hair. I had to ask her to use the heat protectant no protection for my ears, and I have the driest silk press ever never again.

I love this place - friendly staff, always clean, and they take great care of my hair!

I’ve been getting serviced here since 2019 I was transitioning from permed hair to natural & the ladies on staff have always been polite, attentive, CAREFUL, & just overall amazing . It’s been 5 years & I’d just like to recognize them for always taking care of my hair from its shortest phases to its longest & even my impulsive cuts 😂. Highly recommended 10/10 ESPECIALLY if you are a natural hair girly!

Personally I didn’t like my experience. For one they charge you before the service which I don’t like. They’re really expensive. The way they wash your hair is fine and the place looks nice but the lady giving me a silk press kept burning my scalp. They also give you no protection on your ears like other stylist do. My curls also look weird right now like they don’t want to completely revert back to its natural state. I shouldn’t have straight ends as I’m a 4C natural. Only reason I came here is because my regular stylist was closing early and needed something last minute smh not coming back here

I’ve been a customer for over 23 yrs and I’m never disappointed. They do a wonderful job.
