This this the worst place you can go to for any hair products and hair extensions. I am a hairstylist and this is unacceptable. She told me that this hair extensions that I got for 90 dollars and was told this was going to match my hair and it wasn’t even close the scammed my client and the hair was completely fake hair can’t even explain how they can be so misleading. Would never recommend this place for any type of hair.

As much as I love this store I will no longer do business there. The cashier failed to give me a receipt and the item I purchased was broken. It had only been 3 hour time gap since I was at the store and called about the situation. They described the transaction, remember me coming in but refused to exchange it or allow me to get something else. Keep saying I will not get any money back when I wasn’t looking to get any money back. I just needed a replacement.

VERY RUDE!! I usually don’t leave reviews so yes I’m MAD lol seriously. IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I DEFINITELY WOULD The lady in the pink will stand & watch you shop like a weirdo! Everybody don’t steal!!! I couldn’t even shop in peace without her acting as if she was working WHILE following me around the store! It’s another beauty supply in the same parking lot WAYYY BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE! Oh & the little short guy who works behind the counter didn’t even want to let me see the hair until I bought it!! I just put everything back I couldn’t take the pressure lol but seriously guys they are very rude I didn’t appreciate that! OF COURSE THEY GOING TO SAY ITS NOT TRUE BECAUSE THEY NEED BUSINESS BUT THATS FINE! Go see for yourself lol
