Sarah was my massage therapist and she gave the BEST massage I've ever had. The pressure was just right throughout, she managed to release several tight spots in one session, and she massages the whole muscle, not the middle. Highly recommend.

My experience at the spa was absolutely breathtaking from beginning to end. The entire atmosphere radiates calm, healing, and warmth the moment you walk through the doors. January, the spa manager, was an absolute delight. Her personality is warm, welcoming, and incredibly accommodating. She made sure every detail was perfect. Her aura reading was excellent and completely on point, insightful, affirming, and truly aligned with my energy. It was such a unique and meaningful experience. Fiona did my facial, and it was AMAZING. My skin felt refreshed, radiant, and deeply nourished. Her touch was gentle yet intentional, and she created such a relaxing, luxurious experience. No services were provided because the Spa reception team cannot follow reasonable requests. The appointment was booked well in advance of our stay. I asked for a female therapist and the spa scheduled me with a male. Moreover, they couldn’t provide a female therapist within the remainder of our stay. (One spot was open and it was during our dinner reservations for the evening) I was looking forward to a relaxing afternoon and got nothing. I also have to echo how old and unkempt the spa is. There isn’t enough chlorine in that hot tub to entice me to use it.

Outdated, and the towels feel like sandpaper. They need to clean house as some of the staff have been there far too long and it shows in their attitudes. There are some good MT and Esty, Malik and Simone in particular. I keep reminding myself that this is the only pool that is both year round and adults only. That is the biggest selling point for this place in my opinion. If not for that, I would go surely elsewhere.

Ask for Sarah. You will not regret it. Best massage ever. I have had 100s, she is amazing!
