Effort and Time Massage

I recently visited Effort and Time massage. I was greeted promptly by the front desk staff and completed a thorough but efficient intake form—something I appreciate as it shows the therapist actually reviews health history and concerns. My therapist, Scott, was outstanding. He took the time during the pre-session consultation to ask detailed questions about problem, pressure preferences, and any injuries. His therapy technique was precise, confident, and effective; he used a perfect blend of deep tissue, myofascial release, and stretching without ever crossing into pain. I left feeling genuine relief in areas that usually take days to loosen up. Online booking was seamless and pricing is very reasonable for the level of expertise ($65/hour). Highly recommend his services.
