I made multiple appointments for different services (such as laser hair removal, facial, manicure and pedicure) and in every visit, I didn't have to wait in the waiting area and the customer service was excellent, this is a totally recommendable place

My initial impression of this place is great! Very clean, relative new and very nice staff. The nail tech was nice. Hard to communicate with her since she only spoke Spanish but nice and very professional. My only drawback is the nail prep that was done. My cuticles were cut too far back which left my nails sore for about two days. I had the Apres service done. They were just ok. I was expecting a more natural nail look but it resembled acrylics and seemed a little bulky. I probably won’t get this service done again but she is very good at design and painting nails.

Dayana surpassed our expectations !!!!! My 16 year old daughter was speechless with Dayanas talent and detailed work. I’m not kidding you when I tell you my little one is super picky with her nails and always wants these super intricate designs. we have visited almost every nail salon in the west kendall area, and south miami area. I never wanted to do the homestead area although we live in homestead because our first experience in a nail salon in this area was not positive. However, Effleurage Aesthetic is 10 minutes from our house and I’m happy I gave homestead a second chance. most importantly my daughter was happy and that to me is priceless. I’ve been getting my nails done by this place for over a year now and every time my nails lift from the back with in a two week period, I just got my nails done a week ago and my nails are already lifting from the back. I’ve been getting my nails done for over 20yrs and this has NEVER happened, I reached out to them and told them it’s only been a week and it shouldn’t be happening. I was told they only have a 48hrs guarantee but if I want to pay more they will fix something that should’ve been done right the first time! They charge too much specially depending on the design for the nails to be coming off within a week!

Good pedicure, kind people but the gel mani was lifting up in 3 days (got it on Friday and by Monday several were lifted) obviously paying the higher price for gel is to have it last longer than regular nail polish and unfortunately didn’t make it through even a full week. I was out of town so couldn’t go back to get it fixed and they only do 24-48 hr guarantee. Just something to keep in mind. I haven’t tried other nail services so can’t speak on those.
