Edwin’s Barbershop

I’ve been going to Edwin’s Barber Shop in Wheaton, MD and I honestly can’t recommend it enough. The shop has an amazing atmosphere and everyone there is super welcoming and friendly. From the moment you walk in, you feel comfortable and taken care of. The barbers are all great, but Melvin especially does an incredible job. He really pays attention to detail and makes sure your haircut comes out exactly how you want it. Every time I’ve gone to him, the cut has been clean, sharp, and consistent. You can tell he takes pride in his work. If you’re looking for a place with great people, a great environment, and top-quality haircuts, Edwin’s Barber Shop is definitely the place to go. I highly recommend asking for Melvin—you won’t be disappointed.

Edwin is hands down the best barber I’ve been to. Every cut is clean, consistent, and exactly what I ask for — no rushing, no guesswork. He really takes the time to get the details right and makes sure you walk out looking sharp every single time. On top of that, the vibe in the chair is always comfortable and professional. Edwin is the best barber I know, between several I’ve been to in many countries. Him and his co workers know all the jewish laws regarding haircuts, as well as over a decade of experience. Knows all the trending styles, and is very nice to his customers as well. Very good person, professional, honest, and high quality cuts.

Best barber in the area by far. Both my sons have been so happy with every cut they get, including some complicated requests in terms of styles. Also super friendly and professional. We couldn't find him for a while after he left the other shop to open his own place. Highly recommend!

The place is super nice and clean. Jesse did a great job with my sons hair. He has great customer service, very detailed and patient. Will definitely be back to see him again!
