John cut my hair after i completely butcherd my hair trying to be cute , i was a walk In and he had me in and out we laughed about the situation , nothing but good vibes.

The haircut turned out fine, but the experience was disappointing. Johnathan was constantly on his phone throughout the haircut which made the haircut not feel like a priority. It’s one thing to check a phone briefly, but this felt excessive and unprofessional. It’s frustrating when someone seems more focused on their screen than on the service they’re providing. A little more professionalism would go a long way. A good haircut is about more than just the result, it's also about feeling valued as a customer, and unfortunately that was missing here. I wouldn't rush back if this is how they approach their work.

I came in here to get a wig cut, and I am so glad that I did. Jon is the one who helped me and he was super informative. I felt really comfortable around him, and I mentioned that only because I have alopecia and he made the whole experience Very easy! I will definitely be coming back with more wigs to see Jon! He made me feel so much better I mean I walked out of that place with so much confidence and so grateful for that!
