Appreciated the ability to text and get a same day appointment with Jennifer. That being said, it was incredibly overpriced for the quality of manicure/pedicure I got. Charged me $100 for a standard pedicure and manicure, albeit with brief use of drill to remove gel and file edges of my previously existing acrylic. She was unable to fill or remove the acrylic herself (although the tools were there?) which she failed to mentioned when I gave her a heads up while scheduling the appointment. She actually didn’t mention it until after she had already used regular nail clippers to clip through the acrylic before filing the edges which resulted in at least two of them cracking in the middle. I booked a bridal hair appointment 2 months in advance with Jennifer. Spoke to her on the phone, sent pictures of what I wanted to do, and let her know I had a strict time to be at my venue. She showed up to my appointment 25 minutes late and had no idea what style we were doing. She insulted me several times while doing my hair (on the morning of my wedding!) such as how awful my hair was due to not having layers or highlights, how terrible my ends were, and complained about the thickness of my hair when I even put my hair on hot rollers for her to decrease the amount of time she would have to spend on my hair. Jennifer of Edisto Creations is amazing. I always enjoy benefitting from the skills of an expert in their craft. While staying at a nearby AirBnB, I called in and was lucky enough to get a walk-in appointment. Her skills with her tools and conversation kept me glued to the seat from start to finish and the resulting haircut was exactly what I wanted. 10/10, would return.

Had scheduled with Jennifer to do manicures and pedicures for the girls in a wedding party. First the manicures (which were only 2) plus a small child were subpar at best. She did 5 pedicures and painted the small child's nails. No foot scrubs, cold water. At first I thought it was a joke, but then she charged me $460 dollars!! To make it worse, we went back the next day to get makeup and hair for 3 of the girls. I could have done better on the hair, makeup was nothing g special with cheep makeup that she claimed was high end makeup and charged me $510. I paid it and she had the nerve to ask for a tip. I went to a pre-wedding styling with a very good friend and her bridesmaids. To sum it up, it was an absolute disaster! Jennifer has no decorum whatsoever, let alone a service attitude. She either ignored serious, politely worded questions about makeup techniques or answered them in an incredibly arrogant and stroppy, even almost insulting manner. Had we not been there together as a group wondering about her horrible manner, she would have completely ruined my friend's wedding day. To make matters worse, she also "conjured" mediocre makeup with cheap products from the drugstore and the hairstyles were an absolute disaster.
