Mixed feelings about this place. Good massage, good masseuse, shady front desk. No complaints about my massage or my masseuse however, upon going to pay, I put the cost of the massage ($64.2 after tax) on my card and proceeded to tip with $10 cash - a perfectly acceptable 18%! The woman at the counter then had the audacity to say “you add $5 more on card okayyyy???” I would’ve come back but I’ll patronize one of the other hundred places around here to get a massage where they don’t ask their clients for additional tips. I should’ve folded up the $10 and put it back in my pocket - i hope it actually goes to the masseuse

Zero massage skills. They also chose to leave the front door wide open as well as my room door. For entire hour of my massage session, I could hear counter lady’s Chinese video sound and hear everything single car that were passing by… Forced to pay cash even though I wanted to with credit card. Tipped $20 for $120 service, counter lady ask for 10 more dollars… What a place. Don’t waste your money and time here please.

I went for a my massage with a friend and made an appointment for an hour long foot massage for each of us. Upon arrival, I was suggested to do a 45 min foot massage and 15 minute chair session instead without notification there would be a price change. Nonetheless I paid the 55 each without an issue as I agreed to the change of service and left a 10 tip per masseuse. I was then asked by the receptionist, “how about an extra five dollars each for tip?” This was extremely rude especially given a mediocre Massage.

We are regulars here for years & today we were terribly disappointed. I assume that they had new people working as the masseuses. Both of my massage as well as my fiance's massage was just downright bad. It was extremely lackluster & handled us with no care. There was zero pressure made on contact - simply put they were just caressing our backs. They never even asked us what type of massage we would like or the type of pressure. It literally felt like a someone just rubbing our backs. I thought maybe it would get better but nope it literally stayed like this for the entire hour. One thing I want to note is how aggressive the ladies were in terms of having us to add more time to the massage. A friend introduced me to this place a few years ago. From the outside appearance I was a little skeptical, but once my foot massage started, all my concerns went out the window. Since then, I’ve gone back countless times. Whether it’s a full massage, foot massage or combination of both, it’s always relaxing and enjoyable. Add in their below-average pricing, and A++++.
