I had a great first experience! Not only did they take me last minute half an hour before they closed but also gave me a discount card for the next time I go. Tiffany did such a great job, she was quick, efficient and we held a great conversation! Place is eye pleasing, clean and they are modern with their colors/styles. Price was great. I’ll deff be seeing them again soon 💕 Update: this is my 3rd time coming and have not been disappointed once! Mike did my nails twice since Tiffany and executed every time. Very friendly and does job well. The Hispanic lady Emilia has been doing my pedi and she is great every time! This is the best nail salon I have been to in a very long time and the prices are great!

Worst nail experience I have ever had! I decided to try out this nail salon because of the $35 acrylic nail opening special, I told one of the lady that I want a simple, acrylic nail set with nail polish. She assured me the powder will be a better idea, I asked again to make sure that it is still $35, she said yes it is the same price. As she finished with the powder, she told me that it will be more expensive since it is with powder - but I specifically asked her if it is the same price and she said yes. (I felt scammed) She left the chair, and another man came and took off my nails to put another set. The nail was crooked, he had to re-glue my ring finger nail 4 times because it was crooked. He did not file my nails correctly, he flooded my nail bed and did not clean it up until I told h

CAUTION. A nail tech cut me with the electric file. They used an electric file to take my gel off which destroyed several layers of natural nail and also cut my skin. I should have walked out but was remaining hopeful it was only a small amount that was getting filed. I wasn’t able to communicate to the tech as he did not speak even a small amount of English. He didn’t clean or sanitize things that I bled on that got put back into a common space. I have naturally very thick nails so to see how much natural nail he removed is alarming. Currently my pinky nail (on the hand not shown) is hanging on by a thread. It got crack 😖 UPDATE: This really was the manicure from hell that keeps giving. I now have developed onycholysis on my thumb nail. It looks awful and is separating from the nail bed.

I don't normally write reviews like this, but this is certainly something I need to speak up on. The service here is a joke, the staff are clueless, extremely unprofessional and have absolutely no idea what they're doing. I asked for a simple design on two nails, in hopes for something at least similar to the picture I provided. However, I was given something sloppy, blurry and ridiculously inaccurate. I tried to speak up, but the guy didn't seem to understand and only spoke Chinese. I have an important event coming up soon, and to say I am frustrated is definitely an understatement. I had high hopes from the images they provided on their socials, however don't be fooled. If you want quality service, I would think twice before going here.

My first and last time ever coming here. The nail tech, Mike, kept catching my skin while removing my gel polish with the electric buffer. To the point that it hurt a lot and I told him to take it easy. His energy was giving my anxiety b/c he was rushing meanwhile there was nobody there waiting. Place was dead and now reading the other reviews I see why. I kept me cool and continued to be polite as I don't want to ruin my experience. I get my nails done as a relaxing experience and to have a pretty outcome. Well...none of that happened. From the shape to the way he painted my nails...everything looks terrible. They are warped.
