Eden Nails

Nothing pisses me off more than spending my hard earned money on a half-assed manicure. I have been going to this nail salon for 10 years. After tonight I will never spend another red cent. Not only was the nail tech rude and disrespectful. Maybe if you were better at applying nail polish in the first place the chrome wouldn’t have looked so bad. (UVgel manicure and gel pedicure)

Horrible service, do NOT book with Sam. he is in such a rush, you book an hour long appointment he finished in 27 minutes, came in for a cute design for valentine’s day, and he didn’t even let them dry, they are all smudged and wanted me to pay $70 for nails that were so rushed. Asked the front desk when i book and appointment how long is the appointment she told me 1 hour when you book, i think asked her then why does sam take 30-40 minutes to finish and gets paid the full amount and she said oh sam is different and he takes 45 minutes?? but she had just said it’s an hour long appointment and put that aside if he goes take 45 minutes disclose that when i book and 45 minutes is 45 not 27 minutes or 35. Horrible service from Sam and customer service trying to fight me on the price.

Zero stars!! I got gel manicure. The male technician, Peter, did a horrible job. I told him i I don’t want my nails short, but he trimmed them too much, and totally uneven. He couldn’t understand a word in English. I complained, the front desk woman in a bad mood sent me to another technician that was trying to make the nails shorter to even out, scratching my skin. Horrible place!!! My daughters got acrylics, spent more than $200 total. Never going back there!!!!

Absolutely the worst pedicure I’ve ever had. Joy rushed through the entire service like she couldn’t be bothered. She left my nails uncut, uncleaned, and the polish was blotchy and sloppy. It looked like a child did it. Total waste of money and time. Avoid Joy if you care about basic standards of quality.

i’ve been coming here for years and i think this was my last time. every time i come, they hurt me. today the lady doing my nails burned me 3 times with the electric file. all my nails are different lengths and shapes. she rushed through my nails and kept yanking my hands. they didn’t even clean my cuticles, thankfully i do that on a regular myself. this place has gotten so terrible.
