Just got my gel mani-pedi done 2 days ago and they’re oddly peeling— not a typical chipping. The polish that is remaining is sticky, as well. I usually have a great experience when I sit with someone from the 1st or 2nd chair, but this man sat further down and was impatient with doing my nails. He kept smudging my right thumb nail after I told him that it was being cured improperly as I saw the rippling, and he reluctantly “fixed” it but as you can see the service was not done right. I am sadly out of town and unable to come in to request a refund or a fix, but hopefully an accommodation can be made during my next visit.

The place was very clean. The owners were very nice. The gentleman who did my pedicure did an excellent job. I don’t know what he placed on my heels to make them softer. I just want to say keep doing it because I have had other nail salons do that and the next day my heels go back to feeling dry and rough. But not this place. Whatever he used has my heels still feeling soft. I plan on going back.

To be honest I’m going to start off with saying the salon is sanitary, and the employees here are make you feel comfortable for the most part. But I got a regular mani+pedi yesterday and my nails have already chipped and are completely discolored; I can see my nail though the polish. Looks like they were done weeks ago. The idea of a nail salon is there, but the manicurist needs more experience. I would avoid. Again this is after only one day; nails completely fell apart; poor quality. $30 + tip is outrageous I want to cry.

As a returning customer, I expect cleanliness, care, and safe practices. Today’s service fell short. The technician appeared rushed and used a drill/file to remove dead skin around my cuticles, going too deep and causing the cuticles to bleed. Despite this, they continued the procedure. After I washed and dried my hands, there was blood on the tissues. I asked to speak with the manager, but the response was dismissive: “There is no blood right now, so you’re safe.” I expressed concern about infection but received little reassurance. I left paying full price, which I didn’t mind, but I felt unsettled and worried about potential infection. I’ve reached out to the owner and haven’t heard back. A manicure should not be painful or bloody. I hope the salon reviews safety practices, tool steriliz

Ella was my tech, she was pleasant and extremely quick while still providing quality work! İ have never been in and out of a nail salon that quickly. The one thing I hated about getting my nails done was the time it consumed being there, I've been to so many places but this one was a great experience. Thank you guys!! I wrote a review over 3+ years ago and still have nothing but good things to say about Ella. She is efficient, pleasant, shapes my nails perfectly and her massages at the end are AMAZING! Awesome experience every time. 💕💅
