Stay away from Nina!! I got my nails done less than four days ago and it looks terrible. Some areas are lifting where they didn’t file or shape them correctly & in other areas I’m missing polish. Completely terrible job. At one point, Nina started speaking really loudly and angry, and while I couldn’t understand what she was saying, she was pointing at me. After that, she was extremely rough and rude with me and made me feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome. The receptionist was extremely kind, but I just had such an unpleasant experience and I’m so disappointed that I paid almost $100 for something like this.

I had a fantastic experience at Eden Nails & Spa in Burbank! Ana did my nails, and they turned out lovely—I got an airbrushed Gel-X full set for just $80, which is an excellent value. The quality of work here is top-notch; I watched other technicians working, and everyone was incredibly skilled. The receptionist was also very welcoming, adding to the great vibe of the salon. Overall, a wonderful experience—professional service, talented staff, and a relaxing atmosphere. I’ll definitely be coming back! 💅✨

Got a nude gel-x and regular pedicure, and it came out very nice and professional! The price for both came out to about $97, but they give a discount if you pay with cash or Zelle

While the nail designs are great, the quality is poor. Each set I had lifted during the second week. I tried to come in for a third time just to give them a chance and there was nobody available to do my nails as SCHEDULED. In speaking with a girl waiting there, she noted that there were two young ladies who had been sitting in the pedicure chairs getting ignored for approximately 40 minutes. When I inquired about how much longer I’d have to wait for my APPOINTMENT, I was met with a snarky attitude by the nail tech/receptionist. That was the last straw for me, so I politely declined to wait any longer, walked out, and will be taking my business elsewhere. On Thursday, Jan. 29, 2026 I received a text for 10 % off for my birthday. I thought I had plenty of time to use it since my birthday isn’t until 2/09. I couldn’t have used it before now anyway since I had a medical procedure on Thursday of last week and didn’t feel like using it until today. I scheduled my appointment today online and received a confirmation. Then I noticed the expiration date was 02/01/2026. This is not realistic even if I could have made it sooner. I called today at 4:05 p.m and told the female who answered about my concern. See above.
