I’ve been here several times but most recently the gentleman that helped me was very nice and welcoming. The store has a great selection and what I need every time I come.

The “New Management” needs to get new management!! I walked in and was saying hi to the lady behind the counter because I was about to ask if they had any hair beads but she cut me off and told me to hurry up because she needed to close the store!! It was 7:45 and they have posted they close at 8!! I told her she was way rude and walked around looking at stuff until 7:59!!! Will not be returning here for any reason!! The worst experience I’ve ever had at a store here in Rowlett. Just wow P.S- the selection of products was very little and poor quality. Wigs looked like they hadn’t been swapped out since the 80’s!!

They are very nice. The new management gas a lot more stuff and varieties you could choose from.

This store is very much still open and running. They close there store at whatever hours they feel like it even though they are advertising 8 pm close. They are ok with Google having them as closed so they done not have to operate as professionals because that would mean hard open and close times. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. I was walking up to the door as they were locking up. When I advised them of the time they said to come back tomorrow. supplies are very limited. The store on belt line has more and is worth the drive.
