Went in for a beard trim. I asked for the RDJ look, known as a Balbo. I provided multiple photo references from multiple angles. The photos were completely ignored. The first cut done with the trimmers made it impossible to achieve the style I requested. I asked the stylist to take another look. She continued to botch the job. I asked her to look at the photos again. She asked, “Oh, did you want it just like that?” Why else would I provide multiple photos of multiple angles? She had no clue what she was doing. I asked to abort. She called over some help. He defended her mistakes. I knew I was not in the right place. I’m leaving two stars for not being charged. I went home and cut off all my facial hair. Time to regrow and try again. See photo for how bad it was when I left the place.

I came in for a simple low skin fade. I’m not sure the guy The cut my hair understands he premise of blending. There is no transition on the sides of my head, almost like a bowl cut.. but that’s not the worst thing he did to my hair, he then gave me what I guess he considers a line up. He went into my hair about a half inch from my forehead in the middle instead of following the natural hairline (mine isn’t crooked or a windows peak). I now have to wait to grow it out in order for me to have it fixed a little. Before I left the shop I already knew I wasn’t coming back. Very nice people work there, I’m sure. Very upsetting that I didn’t notice til after I left and got into my car, would have prevented me from tipping.

First time in ten years in tennessee, I got someone to cut my hair the way I want it and not mess it up, I was floored at the quality of the cut. Some people may not like the hair style I chose, it was picture perfect. A++ would recommend

Definitely the best cut in town. Stop by here and see the crew. Always a great conversation and amazing playlist. Big shout out to Rachelle. Her passion and attention to detail always leaves my head looking like a piece of art.
