Will never do my nails here again! Pauline did my nails and seemed to be in a bad mood as soon as my appointment began. I let her know I wanted a design and I must’ve forgotten to select that on the website. She said she could do the simple design I asked for but once she started it looked nothing like the photo I sent her. I had to ask her about 3x to redo the design as the abstract lines I asked for looked horrible. She kept trying to convince me that it didn’t have to look like the photo and it looked great even after I stated I didn’t like it. Eventually I let it go. At the end of the appointment the price came out to about $120 which seems ridiculous for a gel mani and regular pedi. My gel nails were different lengths and bulky so I asked her to have someone to redo it then she began

I’ve been a client of Whitney’s for over 5years and I don’t have anything negative to say about this establishment or my nail technician. I’m always satisfied with my gel manicures and gel pedicures, SHE’S AMAZING! She’s passionate about her craft and it’s shoes , work is immaculate.

was having a great time until “whitney” changed the mood completely. she picked my gel color out for me but failed to check beforehand to make sure she had the matching (regular) polish for my toes. after completing my nails very pretty, she couldn’t find the matching polish and offered other options that didn’t match. expecting me to pay more for the gel color. no customer service or sense at all. came out of my way will not ever return or recommend anyone else again.
