So let me start off by saying that I had scheduled with this spa 2 weeks in advance and placed deposits on the services for my mom's Mothers day treat....well even though i will be issued a full refund (of course within 3 business days) but i find it completely unprofessional that I received an email this morning on the day of my mother's spa treatment, that they had to cancel my appointment because of the therapist having car trouble, Im outside of the approved uber-travel range (even though im only 22miles away and they charge you $25 for a travel fee already for commutes more than 20miles away), and that they cant find another therapist for me! How unprofessional that you cant provide your potential clients with service because of your lack of staff after already being overpriced and to
