I am genuinely upset by the experience I had at this salon. I came in asking for a very simple trim to keep my ends healthy and instead left with one of the worst haircuts I’ve ever received. The stylist who cut my hair was an experienced stylist, not someone in training, which made the outcome even more disappointing. The cut was extremely uneven. One side was noticeably longer than the other, and there were random sections in the back that were 1–2 inches longer than the rest. I did not ask for layers or any complicated shaping, just a basic trim. I had to go to another salon to have my hair corrected, and the stylist there was utterly baffled by the condition of the cut.
