Disappointed with the curling service. The hair wasn't sectioned properly for the blowout or curling, leading to uneven heat and a lack of control. Result was TIGHT curls, not the LOOSE waves shown in PICTURE, and some areas weren't even touched; left straight. The curling iron barrel seemed smaller than my visit in September. Color retouch was done well last visit, but the stylist missed the mark on the curls yesterday : ( ...

i asked for a trim on my dead ends and left with the front pieces of my hair to my chin and the back of my hair to the mid of my back. the worst haircut i have ever got. i had to go get it fixed and they could barely fix it because of how messed up it was. i do not recommend this salon.

Christine is my beautician and she does a great job. I get regular haircuts and at least 2 perms a year. Plus she's a very sweet lady. Be sure to ask for her!!

Kari, not even words to describe this angel! She helped me in a very sensitive and embarrassing moment in my life. Due to a serious medical condition I was bedridden for months which developed a matte. I was having mental breakdowns in the chair thinking G I Jane was my future. Not only did she spend over two hours getting the mattes out she also gave me hope and a new BADASS vibe!!! Thanks again! You deserve a vacation!!!

I was in a pickle - my regular hairstylist cancelled due to a family death, and I was on a time crunch for being in an out of state wedding. Teri graciously took me on last minute and she did a wonderful job coloring and styling my hair. She may be stuck with me from now on! THANK YOU!
