I came in to EBS for a Medical wig. The staff provided me with such compassionate, outstanding professional support . They reached out to my insurance company and provided them with my information and wrote a detailed medical necessity letter to support my request. The insurance approved the request on the same day and I left there with the most beautiful wig! The fitting was incredibly uplifting and the staff were extremely knowledgeable about finding the perfect cap size for me. I highly recommend them!!! Anna

I have been working with EBS for two seasons, and could not be happier with the excellent customer service and the quality of the wigs they provided me for my productions. I have purchased both synthetic and human hair wigs. Their prices are excellent, and they helped me find exactly the length, style and color I needed for the Berkshire Opera Festival.
