First off I wanna say this is not a good business and I have not had a great experience. I was supposedly sold a Burmese curly unit HD Lace! Why is it when I come to wash the hair, it looks like a loose deep wave… Now as a stylist, I have a vendor and I needed something quick due to me not having anything in my inventory at the moment, and I don’t mind supporting other businesses Especially during a time like this when I currently did not have anything in stock. Meanwhile, when I called to explain what was going on, I was told to use silicon mix to wash the hair… Never have I ever used silicon mix to wash a brand new unit; and usually silicon mix is used when the hair is starting to get brittle and you need to bring the hair back to life!!! No store credit, hair exchange, half refund or no

Love this beauty supply! They always have everything I need, from hair products to lashes and accessories. The store is clean, well-organized, and the staff is super helpful and friendly. Prices are reasonable and the selection is great. Definitely my go-to spot—I’ll be coming back for sure!

I arrived to EBS beauty supply and come to find out I seen this beauty supply on TikTok. I’m so excited. My first experience has been amazing. Very clean very welcoming. Very nice. The security guard twin was amazing. Also, the gentleman in the front provided excellent customer service thank you so much. I will come again and I highly recommend, they got so much cute stuff here .

They took the time to understand exactly what I needed and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire visit. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about providing great service. It’s not easy to find a place where you feel truly valued as a customer, but this shop absolutely delivered. Highly recommended—I’ll definitely be coming back!

Always great customer service when I visit. A plethora of choices to select from. I appreciate the spaciousness of the store layout, you can shop without feeling as you are suffocating or always bumping into something. The prices to me have been fair, the location easy to get into and out of.
