This store is a 8/10 as far as supplies but the new crew of employees of young girls they have now are low key rude and dismissive. I know it’s probably not the best job but I’m sure they knew customer facing is a major part of the job when they started working here. Gossiping behind each other’s backs, racially disparaging comments that I perceived as micro aggressions against African Americans, and talking about their personal lives…loudly. They only acknowledge customers when the customer comes up to them, and even then they don’t walk the customers to the product they’re looking for (just points to the aisle the product is in). This used to be my go to spot but I think I’ll try the new beauty supply store down the street near Raley’s or just another location. Not recommending this stor

A customer arrived yesterday at 5:50 p.m. hoping to quickly pick up an item. Although the store advertises that it closes at 6:00 p.m., he was not allowed in. As he left, he remarked, “I guess my money isn’t important to them.” I felt they should have let him make his purchase since it was still 10 minutes before closing.

The customer service is so welcoming & heartfelt. They instantly help you and greet you upon coming. I would definitely recommend going.

I share the same sentiment as other reviewers about 0 out of 5 stars. 3 or 4 younger women were BS'ing at the register. One glowered at us as she crossed the store and just stood there with her head on her hand. She saw us looking for assistance but just stood there. I then approached her. She was not very friendly. The other young ladies continued on with their deep conversation. When my elderly mother wanted assistance with trying on a wig, no one would help. They just gave her a cap to wear underneath a wig.

Last week I went in to purchase hair. Upon arrival there were 3 young ladies working possibly 4. They were stocking shelves. Not one person asked if I needed assistance, I walked around for a good 10-15 minutes trying to find a product. The language that they were using with each other was so disrespectful. I cannot believe a place of business would have such foul mouth young ladies working there. If I were the owner I would role back the videos from the 15th-16th and listen to the language they use. One young lady did help me I believe her name may have been Dulce, she was not part taking in the conversation that was happening between the other young ladies. Really disappointing to hear beautiful young woman talk like that.
