Excellent customer service and so many products to choose from! I recommend if you don't want to wait for an online delivery and need something right away for a decent price this is the place. Also they didn't follow me around the store so that was a plus 🤣 I was able to purchase my items and go about my day!

Best beauty supply, staff is very friendly. The manager is super nice always gives me a discount. they are all super helpful. They always give me testers, they always have the best selection of products & hair

They have a wide variety of products but the staff is hella rude and unprofessional I got there at 748. They had the doors locked. The sign says they close at 750. I had to show the girl the time on my phone for her to open the door at free arguing. I get inside and the broad behind the register goes "it's 8:50" our registers are closed. In my customer service experience once a customer is inside you serve them. Won't be going back

Two of the girls are always just running their mouth talking about nothing. And one of the girls never knows where stuff is or that they carry the product so she says they don't have it. But when I ask one of the other girls she always knows where the product is or if the product is just out. The girls are nice and they usually have what I'm looking for but they need to keep the personal conversations to a minimum when customers are in the store.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Poor quality “human hair” it’s definitely not remy. No hair longer than 22in. Poor customer service they don’t describe their products to you only show you whatever you requested to see and stay quiet. Don’t know what they’re selling such as quality, hair weight, or colors. Employers are very moody and rude. I personally bought hair extensions here and at my 2nd use they feel happy, matted and old. Mind you haven’t applied no heat no dye or anything. Save yourself your money and head ache and look somewhere else.
