Just left my hair appointment and I’m so happy with the service! The stylist was professional, gentle, and really listened to what I wanted. My hair looks and feels amazing. Definitely found my new go-to salon! Beatrice was great!

Never in your life should you go here unless you want your edges missing. My hair once done was beautiful. However, when the braids were removed I suffered with traumatic loss on my edges on both sides of my heads. I’ve gotten braids for years and never have this happened. Not only that I spent $360 on smedium knotless braids waist length. And she took 12 hours because she kept stopping. 0/10 do not recommend.

I've been here before, and the work was 3/5. I was never too picky. But yesterday I went in and asked for a touch up on my knotless braids, just going around the back, side and front. It shouldn't have taken as long as it did. Over 2 hours (regardless if she had to take down the old braids. She was doing them one at a time and talking alot to the other lady instead of being focused). She did have to wipe the gel from my edges/back because I went straight from work to the shop but it still shouldn't have taken as long. She waited until after I was already in the chair getting the braids taken out to say it would cost me $110.00. $110!!! Outrageous for a touch up. The new braids aren't even knotless, they are box braids and they're really tight after I told her not to braid it too tight. She

I used to always get my hair braided there before moving. Everyone has always been professional and kind. They always took good care of my hair. I would definitely recommend 10/10!

I came to get my hair braided early for my birthday. I am so very disappointed in the quality of the hair that was used in my knotless braids. My braider did not make sure that my braids were the same size all the way down. My hair was left fuzzy and frizzy. I feel like for the price everything should have been trimmed and neatly finished. I was there all day so the least she could’ve done was paid attention to detail. I would not recommend this shop to anyone.
