Ebony 2000 North MS

My mother booked an appointment with Kendra for today (Sunday) at 9am on Friday. Mom showed up at 8:45am(Sunday) because older people are always on time. No Kendra in sight. My mom called, no answer. I called, no answer. 15 CALLS TOTAL UNANSWERED. Friday when my mother confirmed this appointment WITH KENDRA, she was told to make sure that she was on time for her appointment TODAY (Sunday), but the Stylist didn't show up. Really...You could have at least contacted my mother and told her that something came up and the appointment was canceled or whatever but to make my mother come all the way to North Charleston for NOTHING, but to waste gas and be disappointed, is not only mean but its unprofessional and shows your lack of management skills. Get it together. 0 Stars for this.

Ms. Neicy, Mrs. Nell and Kentra is great. All of them does awesome work and have growing hands. Looking for dreads, Mrs. Illah got you, she does them neat and takes her time too. Awesome prices, they don't overcharge you and not expensive other places.
