Beautiful, calm, peaceful, positive atmosphere. Ashley is obviously exceptionally talented and knowledgeable with a wealth of massage experience. She is perfectly suited to address all athletes’ needs as well as generally stressed modern day humans! She takes her time and is genuinely caring about your wellness journey. Very intuitive kind, soul. It was my best massage I’ve ever had. I encourage anyone needing some body work to book her without hesitation. I was surprisingly very impressed with Ashley and her skill. I can’t wait to go back!

I had an amazing experience when I went a few weeks ago. As I tend to be a fairly anxious person, it was exactly what I needed at the time. I had been used to a massage being something where pain is required to help reduce muscle tension, and I would find myself tensing back against whatever the massage therapist was doing, so I’d have to actively relax while feeling pain. It was counter intuitive and I would leave stressed and not relaxed. What I really appreciate about Ashley and her technique is how she was able to help resolve issues I was dealing with, without so much pressure, but still help me relax. A lot of this was due to how nice the atmosphere was, how gentle and soothing the whole experience was, and how the massage was a mix of technique and care. I left feeling much better

Ashley was amazing. She asked questions and listened to what I needed before she started the massage. The room was very serene along with the music being played. The massage table was warm and comfortable. I would highly recommend Ashley.
