ebb and flow Holistic Spa

Had a great massage experience with Ryan at Ebb and flow. This went beyond typical resort/luxury spa experience. It felt much more intentional from the moment I was greeted at the door. She helped create an environment where it was more than just the physical massage that contributed to the end result. It was really great vibes 😊

Wonderful little spa. Very relaxing atmosphere and friendly staff. I had to rearrange my massage and Alex was very helpful. Andrew also did a fabulous job with a deep tissue massage. Very pleasant experience all around. Will definitely be back. Highly recommend to friends and family.

I had an Amazing experience at Ebb and Flow! It started with a friendly greeting from Alex at the front desk, who lead me to a wonderful and inviting waiting room where she offered me some refreshing fruit infused water. I was then greeted by Rachel who was my massage therapist. Rachel gave me the most relaxing massage I have ever had! I get massages regularly, but on this day I truly just wanted to relax. I have trouble relaxing typically, but I nodded off several times during my 90 minute session. I enjoyed Every part of my experience at Ebb and Flow, and look forward to my next session!

I had such a great experience here! From the check in experience to the massage itself, every aspect was carefully crafted to make me feel at ease. I booked a 60 minute signature massage with massage therapist and part owner, Rachel. A true professional, she communicated well and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process.
