They are so nice and get the job done I was looking at photos to see what they can you and I wasn't sure if they would be able to do what I wanted but didn't they prove me wrong if you want it they can do it amazing Service did an excellent job I'm definitely going back.

So when you book an appointment with a client at 2:00pm but at 1:45 you start another client who came in without an appointment and you don't care if you delay the appointment because you only care about money, what is it called? It's called disrespect towards your client! And of course because you're in a hurry you won't be able to do your job well! No air conditioning...just open door and of course flies everywhere! My appointment was at 2:00pm but once again I didn't start before 2:30pm... as if we don't have jobs and obligations too!

Terrible experience at this shop. I read a review that stated about how they serve certain customers. I made an appointment and called that I was on my way. My appointment was for 10am. I arrived at 10:05am. I arrive and the lady ask me to take a seat. Once I take a seat, another lady comes in and who doesn't look like me and is immediately taken to the pedicure chair. The girl comes to me and say we gave your appointment away because you were late. No, I was not. They will take you but if someone who doesn't look like you should come in they may or may not get to you right away or make an excuse. Overall, some shops like these will try to mistreat you but they fail to realize if it wasn't for certain customers like us patronizing their business they would fail to make a profit.

I love this place and the people. They are so personable and they do great work and awesome designs. This is my nail salon moving forward!!
