Eastern Zen Spa - Troy

I had a great experience at the Troy location. I got the 4 hands full body massage for 1 hour and it was amazing. At one point i was enjoying pleasure from the tip of my toes to the top of my head and everywhere in between. The Ladies were very pleasant to me and worked on me the whole time. The place looked pretty clean to me and I didn't notice any foul smells and it was warm enough for me. I did tip about 33% on top of the double hourly rate but it was the holidays and I was very happy with the service. I would recommend EZS in Troy to anyone looking for a great body rub for therapeutic reasons.

Please don’t go if you have no appointment. You will be rudely sent away from the door. There is no website stating this so one tends to take a chance. A threadbare description of the place states “ appointments recommended “ not required.

I showed up 3 hours prior to closing, hoping for a walk-in. A woman came to the door telling me she's busy. I pleasantly ask if she has any openings later tonight...she asks you got cash? I said I could get some, she's says ok. Give me 5 minutes. I say ok, I'll go to the ATM. Litterly 6 minutes later I returned, knocked, rung the door bell and she never came to the door. What the heck? Rude.

Was at this place years ago, and fell off the routine of going. After the pandemic, I revisited and it has been fantastic. CiCi (xixi) really knows how to work out the tension and muscle aches. Strong hands and is a sweetheart.

Was a terrible massage. Was only worried about giving a happy ending. I refused then when I was trying to leave she insisted a tip before I could have my shoes back. I gave her 20 and she tried to insist 40. The place kind of smells it’s not very clean I would avoid this place
