East Hill Nail Spa

East Hill Nail Spa was an absolute nightmare. I called ahead to confirm walk-ins and services, and they told me to come at 3:30. I let them know my husband was getting a pedicure and I needed a gel fill. When we arrived—just 4 minutes late—I was immediately rushed and spoken to rudely. The woman insisted they don’t offer gel at all, only dip powder, even though both their menu and my confirmation clearly stated gel fills were available. The dip powder service was awful. My nails were poorly shaped, product got stuck under my real nails, and when I asked her to fix it, she drilled into my skin, cutting me multiple times. My thumb nail is even missing a set side. My husband’s pedicure was just as bad—he was treated aggressively and with clear impatience. He left feeling deeply uncomfortabl

By far the best nail salon I’ve ever visited. It’s also the first time I’ve received a manicure while reclined. Yes, you read that right. There are no table top nail stations. They do your nails while you lay there relaxed. The atmosphere is clean and calm with lovely decor. Chole was my technician and she did a phenomenal job on both my pedicure and manicure. She was very meticulous, took her time, and I absolutely love my nails! This is truly a spa like experience, so if you’re looking for a space where you have the time to unwind and not rush, I highly recommend this salon.

Let me start off by saying that I’m a horrible nail biter so they always clean me up, so my pictures don’t do them justice. I’ve been to this place over 5 times now and I love it! ❤️ You gotta make a reservation in advance because they are all about creating an environment for self care and relaxation. When my mom and sister came into town, we all even went together and this is a true spa experience! Pictures are square tip for engagement photos, sparkly square tip for wedding, neutral round tip when I came with my family and my most recent neutral almond tip. I would recommend this place to all my friends and family, can’t wait to come back before graduation

A great experience. Very clean and no chemical smell. The decor is relaxing and chairs are spaced far apart for more privacy. Complimentary beverages and under eye patches. Excellent pedicure with massage and large polish selection.
