Working with Sara and her team has been amazing from day one. When you enter her clinic, it's beautiful giving you the vibes of relaxation and beauty at the same time. Her front desk staff is amazing. They know you by your name and are very welcoming. They will offer coffee. water, tea, etc to make you feel welcome. I live in France, I came to visit family during the holidays. A family member has been seeing Sara for a while now. I decided to go as well. East Coast Aesthetics is amazing. Sara was so reassuring. My end results were incredible. They were soooo worth the trip from France. Sara and her team were all so kind and friendly as well. OMG. I am so thankful that this place / team exists. I made an appointment with Sara after finding her online. As soon as I walked in her team were SO kind and inviting. I went in due to asymmetry that stemmed from a dental procedure I had in my early teens. Sara listened and immediately knew how to help. It was honestly a God send. She is SO talented. My results are undetectable and natural. I have regained so much confidence. Thank you so much Sara and team. Honestly I don’t understand all the rave reviews for Sara and this Medspa - I had a much different experience. Sara is very nice but she sells. Hard. And my results were not so great. I came in with concerns for the wrinkles around my mouth and forehead, as well as dark circles and puffiness under my eyes. I sought her recommendations for treatments that would refresh my face and give me a more youthful look. She recommended Botox, PRF, and BBL laser. She also pushed hard for treatments starting immediately when I had only scheduled a consultation for my first appointment, even though I had a time constraint which I was very clear about and she gave me continued assurances that I would be out by the hard stop time I needed. Met Sara at a spa that she worked at in the past and really liked her so when I moved back to the area I looked her up and her recommendations were the best. As someone who has a special birthday coming up, I wanted to start taking care of myself and get rid of all the years of racing in the sun with sun spots and wrinkles.
