I booked the Lavender Massage and the Thai Foot Reflexology add-on with Rebekah for some much needed relaxation during a stressful period in life. Rebekah is very warm and welcoming and took time asking me about my goals for the session and areas of focus. I primarily just wanted to relax and receive some care so I told Rebekah she could just do her thing and agreed to let her know if anything ever needed to change during the session. Rebekah has a gentle and nurturing touch, I drifted in and out of sleep the whole session. I left feeling extremely relaxed and like I could face life with a clearer mind. I highly recommend booking with Rebekah if you're looking for some nervous system care and deep relaxation.

I am not one who can easily relax around people especially when touch is involved HOWEVER I was gifted a massage session at Earthside Healing Arts by my husband and I can say it was the most amazing experience ever and I cannot wait to go back again ...and again...and again. Rebekah is a very kind and gentle soul and during our whole entire session walked me through every step and process she was doing in the most natural way that is was impossible to be anything but insanely relaxed. She offered to do a full on comfortable quiet session or easy going and relaxing conversation and even an in between based off my comfort. Walking out I felt like a completely rejuvenated body.
