My $3000 table started making a huge clunking noise after less than a year with very light use (less than 3 clients per week). I put a claim through their warranty app and got a response but after I told them what was wrong and sent a video of the noise. They just stopped responding. So don’t count on the warranty - at all. If anything happens to your table be prepared to repair it yourself. I can’t believe this company does this to their clients. Can’t ever get a hold of anyone when I call or email. I’m so disappointed. I’m a massage therapist who works for myself and my table is so disruptive to my clients during treatment. Obviously I can’t afford another table anytime soon. Was super excited to get Earthlite for my SPA. My clients have always complimented me on how comfortable my portable table is. I hope it gets better after the shipping. Almost $3,000 to ship (3) 2,000+ dollar tables and have them brought up 5 steps is ridiculous. They need something in between curbside and white glove to accommodate customers who only want their items dropped off inside their location. My recommendation is to hire movers or independent contractors to meet you when your hydraulic table(s) arrive if you don't have help. Earthlite should do something to help customers who spend thousands in a single purchase. Getting the run around on who is responsible for pricing.

Very poor customer service. I bought a table from Earthlite that was delivered in the rain. The table was in a thin plastic bag. When I got the table out of the wet cardboard box, I noticed stains all over the table. I called and emailed customer service to replace the stained table. I was emailed a shipping slip to return the table. Although the box was ruined and I apparently have to find/buy a box that the table will fit in, to send it back. No other recourse. I guess I am keeping a stained table at full price. Never using this company again!

You would think after spending 2 grand on a table you would be able to schedule the delivery to make sure it can be received properly but no that’s not an option. Now it’s past the day my table was supposed to ship and it still hasn’t be made yet. I should have known better after I had to cancel my previous order because months had passed and my head rest still hadn’t been shipped with no communication from the company.

Earthlite provides quality products but if you ever have an issue with your order customer service will do nothing to help you resolve it. My order was misdelivered. I promptly reached out to the delivery company for them to retrieve the package from the incorrect address. FedEx was not able to find my package and advised I reach out to Earthlite for help. It took me three days of calling and emailing to get in touch with someone at Earthlite. At that, I was only able to reach customer service by selecting the accounting department which forced a direct transfer. Before that my calls kept getting routed to a voicemail. Once the rep picked up the call you could tell she was annoyed at having to work and listen to my issue. After I explained the problem at hand she advised that I walk throug
