I went today for their happy hour special — 25 minutes in the Ballancer Pro followed by 25 minutes in the sauna — and it was genuinely one of the most relaxing, wonderful hours I’ve had in a very long time. I walked out feeling calm, grounded, and completely reset. The spa itself is absolutely beautiful, with thoughtful attention to every single detail. From the moment I stepped inside, I felt welcomed and cared for. Amanda was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and made the entire experience feel so easy and comforting. I don’t typically make time for spa treatments, but after today, I’ll absolutely be making this a priority at least once a month. I truly can’t say enough good things about Earth + Water Spa or how amazing I felt walking out. Highly, highly recommend — this place is a gem!

Love all their natural products and relaxing services. Everyone is so kind and welcoming. I've been using the ballancer pro for a couples months now and it's really helped with my knee replacement surgery with the swelling and mobility. I also like to do a quick sauna session on lower heat- I love that i can lower the temperature if i want to. Thanks everyone at earth + water

Pinning down a QUALITY & SOLID Prenatal Massage Therapist is no easy task. I feel as though a lot of them are fearful to apply any pressure. Yes, I've had fabulous prenatal massages in the past, but if you're in the Wakefield area and are an expecting Mumma, GO SEE JOY!! Holy transcendence, she was unbelievable in every way!! It's also comforting to know that she has had children of her own so she understands what feels right and safe while not being afraid!! On a scale from 1 to 10, I give you an 11. I'm going back again next week it was so incredible.
