I only went to two if the strength training classes, but he made it really fun and the people are great. They are very friendly on a spiritual level and his wife has other offers like massage and reiki. I always am pulled in their direction with good vibes.
Sam is a great fitness trainer and Novella is a great masseuse. Prices are reasonable and group exercise classes are fun.
