I've had the privilege of receiving bodywork from Lauren for 2 years and absolutely treasure working with her! You are surrounded by a sense of calm the moment you enter her space. Lauren truly listens to every one of your concerns and is able to apply her knowledge and expertise to work out your problem areas. As a fellow LMT, I greatly appreciate her intuitive nature, understanding of anatomy, her desire to dive deeper into her craft and the respect she holds for her clients. Lauren is a godsend and I've been seeing her for a little over 1 year now. She listens not only with the intake of what you say, but also to the body and what it needs. She's gentle but firm in her touch and continues to check in with you as you're on the table.
