Lori and Besa do a beautiful work, they listen to what service you want and discuss it with you. Everytime I have a great experience and come out of the salon happy with their services. Done highlights, haircuts, hair styling and toner.

I called before walking in but no one answered. I waited in there for someone to come ask me what I needed but they just seemed so busy? Not a single hello, how are you. Very poor customer service. I told her I don't have an appointment but I just came to ask if a certain color would work without bleach and she straight up told me no. She didnt bother checking what color I wanted and if it was even possible. She basically wanted me to leave just because I was there without appointment. There wasnt even a line of people for her to treat me in such a manner. The least she could've done was been polite while speaking but no. As a matter of fact, one of her clients even laughed at me. I stopped by this salon to ask a quick question about a service, and I was really surprised by how rude the staff was. One stylist told me she couldn’t hear me because the hair dryer was on — fair enough, but said in a very dismissive tone. Another stylist said they do offer the service I asked about, but couldn’t give me any details on pricing and just brushed me off by saying they were booked for a month anyway. I didn’t even get a service and still walked away feeling unwelcome. Based on this interaction alone, I wouldn’t consider coming back.

i absolutely love when Bessa does my hair ! I usually do a root touch up and she does an amazing job. i always look forward to my appointments with her

Lori is the best. My mom has been getting her hair done with her for years. I have been only recently getting my hair done here since I moved away for a while & didn’t really need my hair cut. Now every time in town I make it a point to see Lori for a cut and a color. She is so great and I couldn’t recommend her enough!
