Great service and haircut by Paolo, one of their barbers. Sir John is very accommodating and nice.

I’ve been going to John since 2018. Even when I moved to a different part of Queens I continued to travel back for my quarterly cuts. My hair’s never been healthier and he gets the job done quick. If you want a professional, no fuss hair stylist he’s your guy.

The person who cut my hair was excellent and professional and did an amazing job. I’m pleased with my experience. However, he gave me unsolicited advice about my hair and I believe very strongly it’s important to treat customers with empathy and compassion and create a positive environment. I believe one must be respectful and kind to customers so they feel comfortable. But I definitely will be back again- he is an expert at what he does.

Was looking through google maps for salons without a crazy price Found E&J, saw the reviews and being in close proximity I thought why not Just finished getting my haircut, phenomenal service. I walked up to him, told him what I wanted, and rather than just saying "Ok!" and taking my money, he gave me advice on how the cut would look on my head, and told me how I could achieve the look I wanted. Throughout the haircut he explained how I could maintain the haircut rather than it fading after a few weeks, and was generally very helpful I will definitely come back, and I would reccomend John's services to anyone looking for maximum quality for their money.
