Maria is an excellent beautician; sh takes her time & wants to do exactly what the customer desires!!!!! Sh s very nice & I would highly recommend her if u are lookg for a beautician who cares !!!!!! God Bless!!!!

Tried accessing the website to see if they take walk-ins, but their website doesn't work. I had dropped my boys off at the barber the next building over, saw this salon and figured I'd get my daughter a quick trim as well. Since I couldn't access the website, I figured I'd just walk in since I was right there. I sat there for about 30 minutes, no one said anything to me, not one acknowledgement, barely even looked my way when I walked in the door. I looked them up on Google while I was waiting to check reviews and see if I could get any more info, and the first review was about how they don't accept walk-ins and it's by appointment only. My boys ended up calling me right as I was reading their reviews, so I just left. It would be nice if they had a working website or you know maybe a sign

I would not have my worst enemy get a haircut here!! Made a new appointment for 2 people with the "manager" Diana. After waiting for 17 minutes past our sppointment time, I went to the back where she was eating. I reminded her our appointment was at 200pm. She was sassy and told me she hadn't eaten all day and would be out soon. I said, "ok, its your tip". She came out and called me a snot and I said to cancel the appointments. She raised her choice at me. Their website says you get excellent service or it's free... what happened to "customer service", something that Diana OBVIOUSLLY does not understand. Owner/Mgmt is awesome. The stylists are courteous, friendly and know their trade. The salon is always orderly and spotless. Their schedule is most accommodating to my lifestyle. You won't be disappointed believe me AND I'm fussy! I've enjoyed every single visit I've experienced at E Clips.

I saw Carrie and would never return to any other stylist after having my hair done. while a barber is nice Carrie's sense of style and understanding and ability to listen to what I'm after is far superior to that of any other salon or stylist experience I've ever had which is why I don't care about the drive, worth every minute, and why not when gas is so cheap?! eclips salon, is the best salon I've been to in Surprise, Az so far!
