Dynasty Nail Spa

Stumbled upon this nail salon with pretty decent review after work. I desperately needed a good pedi and sns nail set but haven’t had the chance. Luckily, they did not disappoint. Seems like a nice and quiet salon that greatly took me as a walk in. The experience was very quiet (which I enjoy) and they checked in to make sure I was liking it. A younger girl did my toes, you can tell she was being very precise and cared about her work. I’m not a picky nail person but it’s hard to get a good French nowadays. It was a miracle that they got all my nails straight, my fingers are a bit weird and everyone always manages to get more that a few crooked. Not the case here. No complaints. Awesome job to the two lovely ladies. I live far from the area but I definitely wouldn’t mind revisiting again.

I’ve been coming to this salon for at least 6 years. It’s now under new management, which has taken a turn for the worst I’m afraid. I normally come to see Jennifer for nails and Yasmin for pedi. They’re both amazing. However, I came in today for a pedi with gel polish. Was charged the normal fee for a classic pedi, and $15 for gel, and AN ADDITIONAL $15 for cat eye. I normally don’t even bother to review my receipt, and tip very well because the service is normally great and I’m happy. I’m not a frugal woman when it comes to self care AT ALL. Sakura did my pedi and after discussing how I like my nails cut and shaped, she proceeded to file my toe nail beyond what I communicated, then I was charged for them building my nail back out when she filed it too short in the first place. Usually pretty good but the last few times, quality has gone down. My nails look like a 4 year old did them and my pointer finger smeared already.

Horrible experience. Was treated like ‘less than” bc I didn’t want a full set (only a gel manicure) and the manicure itself is horrible. It’s been less than a week and I have chipping and snags everywhere. Also, he didn’t even shape the nails evenly (see pic of thumb). They are under new management and do not have their act together yet.

This is the only salon that i trust and go to for my nails. Every time i come in im always greeted so sweetly. The team is helpful, cooperative and friendly. I would definitely rec this salon to all of my friends.
