My daughter is 5 and has extremely thick and curly hair. I have struggled with maintaining her hair since she was born. I wanted to get her a cut and style before her first day of kindergarten this fall. I had been searching all summer trying to find the right stylist for my daughter and her hair texture. I was fortunate enough to be referred to Jacob at Duo Salon. He honestly changed my daughter’s hair 100%. It was the first time that I felt like I saw the light at the end of this crazy hair tunnel journey. My daughter had a blast and enjoyed the process. Jacob is the best for curly haircuts!!! Came to Jacob for my first curly cut and haven’t looked back. I’ve always dyed my hair, but he really highlighted the curls making my hair pop more. Now I also have the perfect cut for my curls to pop/bounce and he also taught me how to style my hair with barely any products. It usually takes so long to get a haircut and style with my curly hair, but Jacob does it so efficiently and leaves it looking better than ever. Love love love, can’t recommend enough!

I came in for a haircut and left with a whole experience. I hadn’t had my hair cut in over a year after a bad experience left me traumatized, but a trusted friend recommended this salon, so I booked with Jacob. From the start, he patiently listened to my concerns and walked me through what he thought would work best for my hair. His guidance and skill resulted in one of the best haircuts I’ve had in years.
