Ms. Hope is an experienced hairstylist. She can distinguish when you've put too much strain or heat on your hair and she will educate you on ways to keep it healthy. I have gone to Mrs. Hope for years and she always gets your hair right. I recommend anyone serious about getting their hair healthy and shiny to visit Ms. Hope.

Dulz Salon is fabulous. The owner, Hope is the epitome of professionalism. Also, she does not waste your time keeping you in the salon all day. She is excellent with all services, including cutting, coloring, and chemical processes. My permed hair is very healthy, and I have never experienced any breakage. I have been with Hope for over five years. I always get compliments on my hair.

This hair salon which is black owned does not provide service to customers with corse hair. This is not explicitly stated on their website or Groupon services. Hope a stylist was rude, short and dismissive. When trying to get provided with a service that I have already paid for through Groupon I was informed that “Black” hair in its natural state is not acceptable. I would never recommend their services or their time. No other options were even relayed to me in an effort to uphold good customer service. Do NOT shop with individual who discriminate in this manner. Love your natural hair, take care of it, don’t be swindled into changing it because it’s “too much” for stylist to handle.

Professional treatment with a personal touch. My daughter and and l have gone there for years. We both have natural hair, and are treated with the utmost respect. I leave with a smile because the owner takes care of her customer's needs and is up to date on hair care! She will answer questions and has Special days for wash and sets.

The salon was advertised on Groupon and once I called to set up an appointment I was told that they will not be honoring my purchase and that I would be better off finding another place to be serviced, because they are a pretty established business and only take group ones once a month. The Groupon being honored was a month was not written in the terms or conditions when making the purchase. The tone was condescending because I made a purchase via Groupon.
