Dukes Barber Shop of Albany

Finally!!!! Found THE BEST BARBERSHOP in the Capitol Region. I was a walk in. Greeted professionally, in a chair within minutes (despite the place buzzing with customers) Fantastic haircut by Rocco Sorriento. Place is clean and vibe is fantastic. Owner is gregarious and welcoming. This is an old school barbershop adapted to today. Hot towel, tile walls by throwback sink. Tv , music.... A lively trade going on. Do yourself a favor and go there.

I have been going to Duke's for almost 3 years now. These guys are hands down the best barbers in the area. Brian has been my go to but everyone there does an awesome job. I always recommend them to friends.

Duke has been cutting my hair and my son’s hair for over 7 years now, and we never had a bad experience. Duke’s is an outstanding barber shop and has some truly talented barbers. Duke’s is a classic barbershop vibe…..the place is super clean and has a great atmosphere…..the hot towel shave is the best. Duke is great at his craft of barbering and is a true professional. The barbers are knowledgeable and up with the current trends in hairstyles. By far, Duke’s is the best barber shop in town.

Duke’s is the best barber shop I’ve ever been to. Duke is the man (And a great barber) and everyone that works there with him is very skilled. I’ve coming here for over 10 years and believe me when I say, you’re guaranteed to walk away with a fresh cut. Plus the apparel is fire 🔥 and you’re going to get that old school barber shop vibes with sports conversations, etc. If you’re anywhere within an hour of Albany, you need to get your hair cut here.

I've had the same person cut my hair for twenty years. I had to miss an appointment recently and needed to get my haircut badly. I walked into Dukes on a Wednesday and was able to quickly make an appointment for that Friday. I was not expecting to just walk in and get in right away. On Friday morning I showed up about 15 minutes early. I picked up on a few things immediately. The place was clean and you could see it was a professional operation. It was also busy which was a good sign because that means they have steady business. More importantly everyone was happy. The customers have relationships with the barbers. There was a younger kid who was smiling ear to ear after his haircut. It was very refreshing. My appointment was with Brian Barker. He did an excellent job. He was very friendly
