Absolutely wonderful! Martie was respectful and professional. She listened first to my health issues to then decide for the best type of massage. Martha Dufour is the best therapeutic massage specialist I’ve ever gone to. She listens to her clients to find the exact right pressure to help work tight muscles and problem areas. She is always courteous to ask throughout the massage if the pressure is comfortable. She has helped to not only relieve painful tightness in my neck and shoulders, but she helped to relieve severe ligament tightness following surgery with precision, taking special care around the area due to her advanced knowledge from years of teaching anatomy. I cannot recommend Martha highly enough.

I have been dealing with intense sciatica pain for over a month. I had tried a chiropractor but didn't get much relief. After the first visit at Dufour a Massage I began to experience much less pain during the week. 2 more visits and some stretching have almost eliminated the pain. Martie is very skilled at her craft and is clearly passionate about what she does. Highly Recommend!

She's an expert at what she does and found the problem right away. Within 2 visits the pain was gone and I'm back to running. I am grateful that Martie was able to find the EXACT spot that was causing me pain when I couldn’t even pinpoint it myself. We tested the flexibility of my neck after the massage and I was shocked. Also, she showed me a few stretches before leaving. 2 days later and still feeling so much better!
