This is a very friendly, cozy place for hair care. Tim is an excellent stylist. He gets things right quickly and notices places that need extra attention. Very pleased.

Wendy is a fantastic, professional! Moved from another city, where I had the same stylist for 20 years, who knew my head; where all the cowlicks are, how to deal with thick curvy hair and how I want it to feel… she’s patient, inquisitive and wants her client to be comfortable before, during, and after a cut. Everything you could ask for!

My experience with Duet’s is limited to just a phone conversation with Kelly. Although she might be an excellent stylist her customer service skills lack tremendously. Not only did she cancel two appointments on me without conferring with me she left a rather rude and uncalled for unprofessional voicemail on my cell phone! Things could have been resolved in a friendly productive manner if she had only returned a phone call which she promised to do. The circumstances are of irrelevance here as a customer of any kind is always supposed to be treated with kindness and respect. Sorry but if you’re looking for a relaxing satisfying positive experience I wouldn’t recommend this salon to my worst enemy!!

Wendy is the most talented hair stylist you will find. She uses precision hair cutting techniques and will give you the color of your dreams. I have been going to Wendy for over 15 years and will never go anywhere else.
